This one of one piece is a 6 inch Carabao Horn Sinahi by 2 inches thick beaded with carabao horn beads and accented with 2 lava and 4 white carabao bone beads on each side. This piece is made to be fully adjustable and will fit all.

The meaning of Sinahi is 1st quarter moon and was sought out by our ancestors who believed that was the best time for hunting and fishing, as well as showing rankings in our people before.
